Miami County Quilt Guild Annual Quilt Show
The Guild sponsors an annual quilt show held locally on the last full weekend in September (2024 will be 9/28 and 9/29).
The two-day event showcases large and small quilts and wearable art made by area quilters. Each year features new and exciting entries. This is the major fundraising event of the Guild and members work all year to plan and promote it.
Categories for 2024 MCQG Quilt Show
- Baby Quilt
- Wall Hanging
- Art Quilt
- Beginner Quilter - quilting less than 2 years
- Miniature - smaller than 24 inches
- Applique
- Mixed Techniques (ie Applique & Pieced)
- Pieced - Small to Medium
- Pieced - Large to Extra Large
- Solo Quilt - I did it all myself
- Found & Finished - any quilt top or blocks that you found, bought, were give to you AND you finished
- Other Items - pillow, tuffet, jacket, basket, rug, etc.
